Terms & Conditions - The Basics

BPS Energy is Telangana’s trusted solar energy partner, providing end-to-end solar solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial clients. We offer clean, affordable, and sustainable energy with long-term support and guaranteed safety.

Scope of Services

Our offerings include:

Solar panel consultation, supply & installation
5-Year AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) with cleaning services
Anti-cyclone mounting structures for high-wind protection
System monitoring & performance evaluation
Government subsidy and net metering assistance

3. Eligibility

To avail of our services, you must:

Be at least 18 years old
Own or legally lease the property where installation is required
Agree to provide necessary documentation for government subsidy and net metering (if applicable)

4. Payment Terms

Pricing will be shared after consultation and site survey.
Payment milestones are divided into: Advance, Delivery, Installation & Commissioning.
Late payments may result in a delay in service or suspension of warranties.

5. Warranty & AMC

All systems come with a standard warranty on solar panels (10–25 years) and inverter (5–10 years), depending on the brand.
AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) for 5 years includes:
- Bi-annual cleaning of panels
- System checkups
- Fault identification and resolution
- Performance optimization

6. Anti-Cyclone Structure

BPS Energy uses high-quality anti-cyclone structures designed to withstand harsh weather conditions and high wind speeds. Our systems follow industry-standard safety and structural codes for long-term durability.

7. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure availability of space for installation
Grant access for maintenance and cleaning
Notify us of any system issues or physical damage immediately

8. Intellectual Property

All content, images, designs, and documentation provided by BPS Energy remain the intellectual property of the company and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

BPS Energy is not liable for damages resulting from:

Force Majeure events (e.g., floods, cyclones, riots)
Customer negligence
Unauthorized third-party modifications to the system

10. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Consultation charges are non-refundable.
Project cancellations before material procurement may be eligible for a partial refund.
No refunds once installation begins.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana.
